Privacy Protocol

LAST UPDATED: June 14, 2026

At the Gautam Legacy Intelligence Hub (blogs.gautamlegacy.com), operational security (OPSEC) and absolute privacy are our foundational principles. This Privacy Protocol outlines the strict parameters governing how we handle, isolate, and protect the telemetry and communications of security researchers, enterprise clients, and operators who visit our platform.

By accessing our intelligence briefs, you acknowledge and consent to the data protection directives outlined in this document.

Strict No-Advertising Policy

As an elite cybersecurity command, we do not compromise our infrastructure or our readers' digital footprints. We strictly prohibit third-party ad networks, tracking pixels, or behavior-profiling scripts (including Google AdSense and DoubleClick DART) on this platform. We do not monetize your browsing telemetry.

Information We Collect

We adhere to the principle of least privilege regarding data collection. The information we process is limited strictly to what is required for operational integrity:

  • Secure Comms: If you contact our command staff to submit a zero-day report, editorial feedback, or enterprise inquiry, we collect your email address, PGP public key (if provided), and the contents of your dispatch.
  • Infrastructure Telemetry: To defend against DDoS attacks, automated scraping, and adversarial probes, our Web Application Firewall (WAF) logs standard network telemetry, including masked IP routing, user-agent strings, and request timestamps.

How We Utilize Your Data

We process collected data exclusively to:

  • Maintain, harden, and operate the Intelligence Hub infrastructure.
  • Detect, mitigate, and investigate malicious cyber activity targeting our domains.
  • Respond to your secure communications, vulnerability disclosures, and enterprise inquiries.
  • Dispatch critical threat intelligence alerts (only if explicitly requested).

Cookies & Session Integrity

We use minimal cookies strictly for session security, WAF routing, and user interface preferences (e.g., theme settings). We do not deploy cross-site tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser; however, some advanced routing or verification features of the site may be restricted to prevent automated abuse.

Third-Party Infrastructure

To ensure military-grade uptime and global content delivery, we utilize enterprise-grade infrastructure partners (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS). These entities act as data processors and are bound by strict non-disclosure and security agreements. We do not sell, trade, or leak your data to data brokers or marketing agencies.

Global Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP)

We recognize your absolute sovereignty over your digital footprint. Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the EU, California, or India), you retain the following rights:

  • The Right to Access & Erasure: You may request an audit of your communications with us or demand the cryptographic erasure of your data.
  • The Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that we halt specific processing of your data, provided it does not conflict with active security investigations or legal mandates.

To execute any of these directives, dispatch an encrypted request to privacy@gautamlegacy.com. Our command staff will comply within the legally mandated timelines (typically under 30 days).

Age Restrictions & Operator Intent

The tactical methodologies, exploit research, and offensive security briefings published on this Hub are strictly formulated for adult professionals and vetted enterprise teams. We do not permit access to individuals under the age of 18. If we discover telemetry indicating a minor has bypassed these restrictions to contact our command, we will immediately purge their records.
