Terms of Engagement
LAST UPDATED: June 14, 2026
Welcome to the Gautam Legacy Intelligence Hub.
These Terms of Engagement outline the operational directives and rules for accessing the threat intelligence, offensive security research, and vulnerability briefings provided at blogs.gautamlegacy.com.
By accessing this command infrastructure, we assume you accept these directives in their entirety. Do not continue to use the Intelligence Hub if you do not agree to abide by all the operational terms stated on this page.
Session Integrity & Telemetry
We strictly enforce session security and operational integrity. By accessing the Hub, you agree to our use of minimal session telemetry in alignment with our Privacy Protocol.
Unlike conventional platforms, we do not deploy third-party advertising cookies or behavior-profiling trackers. Any telemetry logged by our Web Application Firewall (WAF) is used exclusively to prevent automated abuse, DDoS attacks, and unauthorized scraping of our intelligence feeds.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
Unless otherwise stated through an explicit enterprise SLA, Gautam Legacy and/or its command staff own the intellectual property rights for all material, zero-day research, and exploit Proof of Concepts (PoCs) published on this Hub. All intellectual property rights are fiercely reserved.
Under these directives, you must not:
- Republish or mirror our intelligence briefings on external domains without explicit citation.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license our threat matrices and research.
- Reproduce or clone our proprietary exploit methodologies for commercial gain.
- Scrape or mass-extract content from our infrastructure using automated bots.
Network Routing & Hyperlinking
The following entities may link to our Intelligence Hub without prior written authorization:
- Government and federal cyber agencies;
- Recognized threat intelligence databases (e.g., MITRE, CVE repositories);
- Information security news organizations and research publications;
- System-wide accredited enterprise security firms.
These organizations may route traffic to our homepage or specific intelligence briefings so long as the link: (a) is not deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement of the linking party’s security posture; and (c) fits within a legitimate infosec context.
Infrastructure Spoofing (iFrames)
Without explicit cryptographic approval, you may not create frames (iFrames) around our webpages that alter the visual presentation of our Hub. We actively monitor for UI-redressing and clickjacking attempts, and will block originating IPs engaging in such activities.
Operational Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any operational failures, data breaches, or compliance violations that occur on your enterprise infrastructure as a result of utilizing our public research. You agree to protect and defend us against all legal claims arising from your deployment of our intelligence. No backlink to our Hub should appear on any platform that hosts malware, illegal dark web marketplaces, or content advocating unprovoked cyber warfare.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request the immediate removal of any backlink to our Hub if we determine the originating domain poses an OPSEC risk or damages our brand authority. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms of Engagement at any time. Continued access to our infrastructure constitutes acceptance of the upgraded parameters.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by global commercial law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to this Hub and the use of our published intelligence. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
- exclude any liabilities that may not be legally excluded.
As long as the intelligence briefs and zero-day research on this Hub are provided free of charge to the public, Gautam Legacy shall not be liable for any digital damages, loss of revenue, or catastrophic infrastructure failures of any nature.
